So I'll be 6 weeks tomorrow, and for the last 2 weeks I've been suffering with terrible insomnia. I'm usually a fantastic sleeper, and I don't wake for anything - but right now I'm lucky to get an hours kip without waking up then not being able to get back to sleep. On top of that when I do sleep I'm having some awful dreams. I'm trying to work out if this is just a normal symptom of the wild hormonal state that pregnancy leaves us in, or if its more to do with my anxious mind doing overtime?? Any thoughts or experiences?
