Dizzy and spotting.

I currently 8 DPO and I've been having dizzy spells for the last 2 days and tonight I started to lightly spot. I've also been cramping off and on. No other symptoms. Is it possible to have dizzy spells this early? I also had really sore nipples for the first couple days now they're just tender. Does anyone think this is promising?

I had major dizzy spells at 3 dpo in my last pregnancy. Definitely a strong sign!!!!

I have a lot of creamy cm. Plus spotting off and on and today was super gassy.

I am 8dpo (possibly 9dpo) and I have been really lightheaded, especially when I stand up. I've also have some on/off spotting and light cramps. FX for both of us. We've been ttc our first for a while and this is the closest I've gotten to having implantation symptoms.
