I order my FRERs online, as they aren't available in my country. I usually get a box of three each month. I took one way too early, regret that.
Yesterday was 11 dpo and 2 days before my expected period. I couldn't see a second line, but I'm a crazy lady, so I ripped it apart. When I looked at the actual strip I could see a line. The line was absolutely there, but I wasn't sure if I was seeing any color in it.
Today I tested and I didn't use FMU. I'm fasting, so I expected that my FMU would be pretty diluted because I guzzled a lot of water before sunrise. I took it in the evening when my pee looked kind of medium colored in a clear cup.
Again I see a line, but I don't know if I'm really seeing any color on them. This time though, I didn't have to tear it apart to see the line. I don't know if thats because it's darker, or if I know where the line was last time and knew what to look for.
I'm just curious if others have seen this line on FRER with negatives. Maybe it just gets extra wet where the test line is supposed to be? I know the ones with curved handles are getting bad reviews for that, but mine are straight.
Now I'm going crazy because I will have to keep waiting to test, (hoping that AF doesn't arrive) but now I will have to wait longer, because they won't be as sensitive as FRER.
P.S. I was curious and took an OPK. It came with a medium test line today (1 day before expected period.). Not sure what to make of that. I'm also a little nervous because I can fast tomorrow as well (for religious reasons) but I've been trying to make sure I wasn't pregnant before doing that.
