Do you ever read non-fiction and if so, what?

As the title says!

I read lots of natural history stuff for my job (also because I am a nature nerd).
Recently, I've been mulling over Last Child in the Woods, by Richard Louv. It's about Nature Deficit Disorder, or how kids these days never get into green space anymore.

How about everyone else?

The only non fiction I ever read is true life Crime/murders and the odd Auto Biography.

I've read a few non-fiction books by Alison Weir, Joann Denny and Eric Ives about the life Henry VIII, Anne Boleyn and his other wives.

I've also read "A Prairie Tale" by Melissa Gilbert.

I do!

I read history, archaeology and anthropology texts; I'm a nerd and I love it :)

Alison Weir and Jane Goodall are two of my favourites.

I haven't recently but if I do they are generally history books

usually history or true crime x

I read stuff about children for my job - for pleasure I read travel books

I don't read much nonfiction, but "The Glass Castle" by Jeannette Walls is an interesting memoir.

Not much, but have "tales of survival" books about people who have been abused and lived to tell the tale, like "Shame" by Jasvinda Sanghera which is about so called "honour" violence, "Slave" by Mende Nazar and "A Boy Called It" by David Pelzer, all of which are so harrowing and I find I can't read things like this anymore now I've had Louis. I also love biographies on midwifes, always have done, and loved all of Jennifer Worth's works and also enjoyed "Matron Knows Best" by Joan Woodcock x

Iv never realy got into non fiction books, once read biography of David Bowie but I had a big thing for him at the time :)
I read theory of special relativity a few months back but that was purely to settle an argument with OH and I was right :)

I do like to flick through history books about romans and medieval times though but then I love pretty much anything to do with Romans, Egyptians and medieval ages though

I like reading non-fiction about aliens, but who can say whether that is fact or fiction?

I read history, instructional, textbooks, whatever!
I'm a bit of a nerd. It's unfortunate for my new husband's shelf-space.
Don't let me go into a second-hand book store. I can't control myself. :(

My non-fiction books are biographies mainly..

Indira Gandhi
Mohandas Gandhi
Mandela
The Fear (Robert Mugabe)
Martin Luther King Jr
The Woman that Saved the Children (Egglantyne Jebb)
Condoleezza Rice
Courage: 8 Potraits by Gordon Brown
Shake hands with the Devil - Romeo Dallaire
I have read a few memoirs of child abuse survivors like Ugly; A Boy Called It etc..

I enjoy reading about child development, developmental disorders, UFOs, auto-biographies, and ancient history.

My favorite authors would be Jim Marrs and Temple Grandin.

I've read quite a few non-fiction books in the past. Most of them history books on Queen Elisabeth I. Also, a few biographies. My step-mom finished writing a book on her friend who is a naturalist which was an amazing book. Not just saying this because she's my step-mom either. The book is called Sanctuary by Deborah Carr if anyone is interested.
