We are currently preparing to make a brand new specialist factual series for C4 on dietetics called 'The Food Hospital' (working title). The idea of the programme is to explore the possible benefits of everyday foods in targeting a wide range of medical conditions and symptoms. One condition we are interested in looking at is Pica.
We would love to feature Pica on the series and go into the scientific underlying causes of the disorder and potential ways of treating it using food. We need volunteers. Please email me with your contact details if this sounds interesting.
