Do you think these are granny boots??

I bought them earlier and have hidden in the back of the wardrobe because a) OH will call them granny boots and put me off them, and b) I feel bad about buying them (what has my life become when I feel guilty about buying £35 boots?!!).

Yes, technically I do remember my 90 year gran (may she rest in peace) wearing something similar with her smock, but they did look so comfy with my jeans and/or coloured tights...

It's not that I listen to him or care particularly but sometimes it sows seeds of doubt in my head and then I hate whatever it is I've bought or got done (eg fringes or a new lamp or something) :/
