This is one of the packages they do at one of the venues weve been looking at, its £999 and this includes:

Bucks fizz on arrival for 30 guests
Wedding Breakfast for 30 guests
Sparkling Wine for Toast
Evening Finger Buffet for 60 guests
Complimentary overnight Accommodation for the Bride & Groom
50% off Civil Ceremony room hire cost

and then the price for extra guests is

£19.95 per person for Wedding Breakfast
£5.95 for Drinks Package
£8 per person for Buffet
and the disco is £180

I have no idea really, we have 84 guests at our wedding, 200 at the evening and our total comes to £2900 this includes wine and toast drinks.

It sounds pretty good to me - we are looking at £50 per person for our venue x

That does sound like a good deal. I thought we were lucky getting the meal for £21 per person so £19.95 for extra guests is excellent! I know that it is a lot cheaper than a lot of places!

I think it is a good deal for a sit down wedding breakfast!

When we were looking the cheapest we found was £25 per head.

If you look around a fair few venues will include flowers/table decorations in the price too.

And I think I would definitely haggle the price down for the 'per person' price of the evening buffet!
