Does a circle after a smiley face mean that I have ovulated?

Hi new to this hope someone can help me as I don't fully understand. after having a miscarriage at 8 weeks last month I didn't think I would get my period as normal this month but I have and started using clearnlue ovulation test on cycle day 10 and got positive smiley faces on cycle day 12 and 13, we had sex once on day 12. I have then this morning day 14 tested again and it was negative, does this mean I have ovulated and have a chance of getting pregnant having sex on a positive day?

I am sorry to hear about your miscarriage. I really hope that your future pregnancy goes so much better..

I have actually done some recent research on the matter. This is what I know about OPKs:

Your first morning urine is not the best urine to use. Midmorning to early afternoon is best. LH surge begins after waking (in the morning) so there may not be enough LH in the urine to be detected in the morning.

After your first positive, the egg will release within 12-36 hours. The LH breaks down the division that is holding back your egg from releasing. It's recommended that if you are trying to conceive that you start BD the first day of your +OPK. and for the next 3-4 days following. Most women will begin ovulation within 24 hours, fewer women will between 24 to 48 hours.

Some women can test positive for up to 3 days.
