Does anyone have a 7-8 week scan pic they'd like to share?

This may sound silly, but can someone explain to me how baby is laying in some of these ultrasound photos? I see where baby is, but I can't tell what is head/bottom/etc

At my scan the sonographer showed me which but was head on mine an it's at the top she said the reason why she could tell was because the heart is closer to the head. I always confuse myself at early scans trying I work out which is which lol.

Had my scan!! It was amazing, baby was measuring perfect to the day and there was a visible flickering heartbeat!! So incredible!!

here is our baby girl at 8 wks 6 days. her heartbeat was 174 and we saw it flickering on the screen. we didnt get to hear her heartbeat on doppler though until 4 weeks later at my third routine prenatal.

I did, well kinda LOL there was 2 gestional sacs present at my 5w ish US. But the nurses were not overly optimistic that 2 would be there yesterday LOL. But there they are.
