Yeah I use terry toweling squares from a chemist with motherease over pants. But I am in UK so I dont know what you have over there!

We don't really use prefolds much anymore, though I loved them when he was younger, with an active toddler they are hard to get a fit that stays with all the running and climbing haha. I never mastered pins either, so we only used snappis. We currently use mostly fitteds...mainly Goodmamas and Mutts....and then pockets too...Fuzzi Bunz, BG, Very Baby, Thirsties. We use fleece over our fitteds, I do have a few PUL covers but prefer fleece.
