I'm at a loss here and would love opinions. There's only a week of info b/c I just started, but it's rather erratic.

I got a BFN this morning and evap lines the past two days. I've had a lot of preg. symptoms. Is it possible it's just too early for tests to pick anything up?

I also don't know where I am in my cycle but based on my broken out face I'm either preggers or AF is coming soon. (Although I don't usually break out this badly before AF). I haven't seen the witch since March 19th. Yeah, I know I need to see a gyno.

Please help!

Thank you ladies!

You can't really tell anything from only a week's worth of temps. I would guess that maybe you didn't even ovulate. The reason I say this is your temps are kind of low for post-O temps. Not impossibly low, as every woman's body is different, but I would say that most ladies on here whos charts I've seen have higher post-ov temps than that. Mine are lower than most. Also the few temps you do have are kind of erratic. I guess it's possible that you ovulated between May 26 and 29 somewhere, but post-ov temps shouldn't be that erratic.

Remember that temps can be affected by things like external temps and sleeping with your mouth open. Also, you want to try to temp at the same time every morning to have more consistent results.

P.S. Take everything I tell you with a grain of salt. I'm into my 5th month (and 2nd cycle) of charting now... definitely not an expert!

Hi! yeah I agree with above poster-there are not enough temps here to really analyse, and they are erratic. Do you temp at the same time each day? this is really important. Temps only help you when you can see the full picture from day one of a cycle. x

I do temp about the same time every day. I have a few theories on why they are so erratic but one is just as unlikely as the next. If I did ovulate and catch a bean then it's just too early for me to be able to test accurately. That's my best (and happiest) guess at the moment.

If you haven't had AF for a few months it is very possible you are not ovulating. Did you have symptoms that you have been ovulating?
Have you been charting?

As you said, I think you need to visit the doctor, especially if your periods had been regular before that and for some reason they have stopped.

I hope you get your bfp soon, but I would get your cycles checked because so many strange and wonderful things, many of which can be fixed easily could be causing her to stay away, and many issues can give you pregnancy symptoms because they are hormonally based.

Good luck love!

This may be a total long shot, but have you ever been checked for a thyroid problem? I am a normal weight, had missed a period, broke out badly, and had no idea what was going on. I constantly felt a little ucky, and often times found I was really sleep. I also had lower than normal temps on my ovulation chart. When I went to the doctor she instantly wanted to test my thyroid. She said that often times pregnancy type symptoms run hand in hand with a thyroid issue. I know your thyroid can also affect ovulation.

Just a random thought.

I haven't been checked in a while but a couple years ago I got tested for PCOS and hyperthyroidism. My thyroid was fine and as for PCOS I had slightly elevated testosterone levels in my blood. I honestly think the long cycles are due to coming off birth control in September. I've read it can take 6 months to a year for your body to regulate itself. I had two normal cycles in February and March. April was an extremely stressful month for me and I think there's a possibility the stress prevented ovulation that month. Although AF didn't show in May, I think my body is reregulating again. Really I'm just playing the waiting game. My temps keep rising so I'm wondering if I've finally ovulated and by odd chance actually fertilized an egg. That's a long shot too. I appreciate your input though! Really I do...I just don't think that's what's going on. My cm has indicated that I've ovulated in the past few days so we'll see.

I agree it doesn't look like you have ovulated anytime sooner because your temp on CD15 was so low. It looks like you may have ovulated Wednesday (CD21). See how your temps are today and tomorrow, sending lots of baby dust xx

My temp was almost back up to 98 yesterday but this morning it was at 96.56. I don't think that's accurate b/c it was freezing in our room last night...we shall see. I'm going back to bed and will temp again later.

Actually I know that's not accurate because the battery in my thermometer is dying...

Get a new thermometer. I think you ovulated somewhere between CD15 & 18. If you aren't pregnant, temp every day next cycle. It's almost impossible to tell if you have ovulated. Since CD15 was so low I wouldn't be surprised if that was ovulation day, it definitely wasn't before then though. xx

I found another thermometer lying around the house and though it's not a BBT it still gives a pretty close reading. My temp was actually 97.50...up from yesterday...
