does my baby have colic

hi girls, some advice needed please, Ella is 12 weeks old and is exclusively breastfed, for the last3 days she has cried, well screamed for a couple of hours in the afternoon, nothing I do can console her. She goes bright red, pulls her knees up and cries as if she is in real pain. Then after a couple of hours she is fine, smiling away but passing huge amounts of wind. Maybe it could be my diet but its pretty much the same as its always been, I just didnt know whether breastfed babys got colic, especially this late. thanks.

I thought they never got it, But u could try infacol my baby has wind real slow burper so mw sugegsted using it and it works it helps colic, gripping paina nd wind..it wont do no harm to him either if he hasn't got any of these...Worth a shot..Itshorrible when there in pain and u cant do nothing to comfort them!

Doesnt sound like classic colic but more like severe wind with the trumping etc.
There's definately nothing new in your diet? It doesnt have to be something unusual either. I ate cottage cheese and it made my LO really sick. I didnt make the connection until I had it for lunch the next day and the same thing happened that afternoon.
