i love alfie lewis william but with my uterus condition we'lll be happy with 1 baby so we'd like to use OH's dads name as a middle name
as Alfie is my foster grandads name and a name we love
lewis is my foster dads middle name
william is ohs middle name and my stepsons mn

so we was thinking of Alfie Lewis Robert William Bunker

They are all great names and I think once you have got used to it they will sound great together... the only think I think may be a problem is that it seems very long winded... Can you imagine every time he goes to fill out a form such as driving lisence, passport application, etc.

Im not pregnant yet but me and the OH have been thinking about names and have discovered there is no way we can use all of our parents and grandparents names as it would be far too long winded.

Maybe drop the William if it is already your stepsons name, that way it makes it a little shorter. At the end of the day its entirely your choice! xx

agree with the above really, filling out all them forms... im lucky because my names so short, but id feel sorry for someone with like ten names! its a nice idea though...

Great names but I would take one out. Do a first name, double middle and last.

thats what we had originally if any goes its robert but oh wants it

I agree they are all lovely names. But it's a tad long for my liking!!! X

oh doesnt think it matters as he'll grow up as alfie bunker...

I would leave out Robert personally, if it's the one that has no meaning to you, but as others have said it's not like he'd be using his full name on a day to day basis.
