Does this sound like a problem?

Hi, my cycles vary from 37-42 days but a couple of cycles ago I had random mid cycle bleeding (very light) cd 11-15 and today - cd 27 - I've started light bleeding again. I think I ovulate because last month I temped and ff friend gave me crosshairs and I got positive opk's. is it just 'one if those things' or should I be concerned?
