Hiya,
My DD is now 7 months old. Her symptoms are:
*stuffy nose
* reduced milk intake (gone from 33 ozs a day, to 24. Only having a couple of spoons of porridge in the morning, so cant blame solids)
* slow weight gain (born 7lb 13, now weighs 14lb 5. Hasn't put on weight in over 2 weeks)
*kicking legs out while feeding
*pushing bottle away after 3-4ozs. Screams if I try to give her any more. I try again 30 mins later, then an hour later. Bottle still met with screaming.
*constipation (on movicol for that)
*cranky and fussy
I took her the docs on monday, to be told she is fine, I did mention allergy/intolerance to be shrugged off.
Would you push it further?

Forgot to add
* her farts are bad, they will put a grown man to shame!
*she also has eczema on her thigh and back

got shrugged off and ended up in a and e to see consultant as screaming one night

go back or ask to see diff doctor, ask health visitor for referral to paed's dietician (didnt know they could do this but new hv came round and referred on the spot, seeing them tomorrow!)

sam was:

squirming / contorting body and face at feeds
grunting / screwing up face during sleep (reflux - aggravated by formula)
green, watery, foul smelling poo
overeating - once 44 ozsin one day!
generally fussy and wouldnt go down to sleep on his own.

switched to sma wysoy last weds night and made a huge difference, not 100% as reflux still aggravating him and need a paeds referral i think, but again, gp think's not necessary! seeing another one now next week so will demand one - if no joy, will ask to see diff doctor there and then

get tough with them and tell your hv at baby clinic if you still go? :0x

My baby has started with all those symptoms, but I haven't changed his formula. Can an allergy start this late (five months for me)
I went to the docs today, and she just said he was fine, but I'm worried as he's not taking all his milk.

Keep a log of symptom, one time I took pic of poo in nappy to show gp, worked a treat!!
