Does this sound like gas?

He stretches out his whole body and kind of grunts/whines. But quite often which is what makes me think it's more than just stretching. I regularly bicycle his legs and help him toot. But he seems uncomfortable, sometimes cries for a moment. I can currently hear his tummy gurgling too.
Would you try giving him some gas drops?

Aww, poor guy. : ( It sounds like it could be gas. I wouldn't hesitate to try some gas drops or gripe water, and see if it helps. (It won't hurt.) : )
