Just wondering peeps if your 2 year olds were still sitting in a high chair at the table for meals, or if they use one of those booster seats that strap to the kitchen tables (or something else?).

Thanks

Mojo is still in a high chair, I want to get a booster seat though, I just always forget when I'm at the shops.

lo is not 2 but he'll be in his for a while as its like a normal chair, he'll be using it until 4ish :flower:

Bryce is still in his high chair, but it is the one that fits in a regualr chair so we just pull it up to the table and we eat together at the table.

Megan is still in the highchair. We have a booster chair but she prefers her highchair over it as I think it's more comfy. She sits on her knees on regular chairs to color and such but eating is too much of a mess that way. And I dont want her eating at her kids table as we eat together as a family. I figure as long as she still fits in it.. It doesn't matter to me where she sits

Thomas has been in a booster seat since about 18 months.

Esther is still in her highchair. It's one that coverts to a chair and is suitable up to about age 8 so she'll be in it for quite a while. She is strapped into it so it means we can actually keep her at the table.
We do have a booster seat but Daniel is in that. Think he's been in it since around 18/24 months.

Lana is still in her high chair, but we dont have a table

Daisy has this. She uses it as a table and chair. The chair has a bar across (which is removable) so she can't run away.

Nope my LO is 2.5 and has been sitting on the adult chairs since quite a few months before she was 2 years old and we skip the high chair and went from bumbo with tray to a booster before then xxx

Earl has always had a booster seat. At the moment we don't have a dining table (bad mummy!) so he has a stool and table to eat at, but he has a booster at the CM's and when we're out and about he sits on one of our coats folded up lol.

Yes but it's a Tripp Trapp that is now in 'normal chair' mode, with the baby set taken off.

Tom has a Tripp Trapp chair so he still uses that but without the baby restraints or harness. He's really good at climbing up into it now.

If we're out in cafes etc he normally still sits in a highchair because he will sit still for longer and its easier for him to reach his food.

nope emily sits at the table
has done for a good year or so

:flower:

jake and keeley are still in highchairs - they're a bit on the small side for their age anyway so still fit fine plus we have a tiny house and no room for a dining table so it's just a lot easier :flower: xx

My toddler wont sit to eat.
If we're eating something particularly messy or at a restaurant, I'll use a high chair.

Yep, she's in a highchair still. I hope she'll be in it as long as she fits! When we're out, she sits on ordinary chairs because I don't like public highchairs in general.

Ikea highchair with the tray off - perfect height to be pulled to the table. The booster we bought for him a while back is still a little low down for him to use at the table.
