I've seen lots of questions about the quality of the dollar tree tests. I've always taken them with my pregnancies and they've never failed me. I took a digital clear blue easy test that gave me a positive "pregnant" 6 days before my missed period (including the day I expected my period). I just confirmed it tonight with a dollar tree test and I'm 3 days out from my missed period. The dollar tree tests are 99.9% accurate IF TAKEN ON THE DAY OF YOUR MISSED PERIOD. I got a very faint positive tonight (NOT FIRST MORNING URINE). I took it at 8pm. So I'd say that the dollar tree tests are pretty good especially for $1. I don't need to post a picture of my first test as it say "pregnant" and doesn't have lines but here is a picture of my positive dollar tree test 3 days before my missed period

My point in this thread is that dollar tree tests are worth the money BUT they are to be taken the day of your missed period and not to be used as an early result test. If I would have waited 3 more days until my missed period the line would have been much darker.

Sounds like you have decent hormone levels...or possibly your pregnancies implant quite early. Congrats on your BFP!

I used the dollar tree tests to test out my trigger this month. They were showing negative at 3dpIUI while FRER and the cheap ICs are still blazing at 5dpIUI.

I don't think I'll use them again.

Everybody is different though.

I havint used the dollar tree ones but i used a first signal (the 88 cent test at walmart) and it showed the faintest of faint lines while i had a more clear bfp on a frer im 12-13dpo i would say the cheap test are worth it if i would have taken it before the frer i would have been very nervous as if it really was but then you can spend the extra money for a name brand sensitive test anyways congrats :) nice bfp

Those Walmart ones are awesome.

I'd buy those any day over the dollar tree tests

Hmmm...we don't have any 88 cent tests at our Walmart. That would be nice, lol.

Really?? Usually there is a big tub of a bunch of different .88 products...everything from HPTs to aspirin. I wonder if you can order them online. They work way better than the dollar tree ones :)
