Domperidone did it work or not for milk supply & dosage?

Hi,

My baby had tongue and lip tie, didn't correct until 4 1/2 weeks, had really bad nipple pain/poor latch from day 1. Still low supply probs due to baby not me. A new lC has given me some tongue exercises to do, I should have done right after surgery, didn't know.

I had prolactin tested was 156 before Domperidone which I started 3 days ago, 20 mg 2x.day. How long for results? what dose did you take? Any side effects, weight gain?

I also stopped all herbal supps (more milk plus, goats rue, fenugreek, mothers milk tea) once on Dom, is that correct?
