Don't know what to feel

I went to hospital with stabbing pains on Monday. Saw baby there in the sac and was sent home to come back for rescan in two weeks. Didn't make it that far. Started to bleed on Wednesday heavy so went back for a scan and the sac was seen coming away.
Last night after a bath I had the sac come away and inside was my little baby. I'm devastated. It's not my first miscarriage but I don't know what to feel. I have borderline personality disorder and I'm scared this will make me dip badly.

I’m really sorry you’re experiencing this. It really is the most terrible, sad, empty feeling. Do whatever you need to do to grieve this loss. Is there someone close to you you can talk about it with? You’ll never forget this baby, but in time the pain will fade and you’ll learn to live with it.

I’m so sorry for your loss. There’s nothing anyone can say that’ll make it any easier, honestly I don’t know how you get through it, you just have to take one day at a time, and let yourself feel what you’re feeling. I’m so sorry.
