thanks ladiess :)

Im not an expert lol but i usually use baby oil on my tummy lay completely flat and press quite firm right in the bladder area is where i usually find it i know a few people havbe said on here before it works better with a full bladder i dont usually have that problem but give that ago! Good Luck!

Also, I usually find my bubs HB about 4 finger widths below my belly button and then to the side a bit. Have to press quite firmly to hear it and it takes a huge amount of patience. Lol. Good luck hun.

XxX:kiss:

i always find my little mans Hb on my left side. Full bladder can help loads also x be patient and move doppler probe round very slowly x

Im a few weeks behind you, Im finding bubs heart beat when laying completely flat, and about an inch above my pubic bone, try moving it very slowly and stopping every couple of seconds and moving again slowly. I use ultrasound gel but you can use baby oil too. Hope this helps. Sometimes they say a full bladder is better too x

I'm a very big girl but found tadpoles HB straightaway last night. I tried, just on or slightly above the pubic hair line (nice!!) and to the left, found it straightaway, ooh and I used baby oil

i couldnt find the HB today either, used doppler for 1st time and have tried for ages but only picked mine up, which i was at a stage like u where I could feel bubs moving/kicking so I knew all was ok. instead im a right wreck now.
its comforting to know someone else has struggled to find it tho and to know your baby is fine

i always laid completely flat, put lots of gel on. Start with the doppler on your bellybutton and move down then about a cm either way xx

Yeah full bladder really helps. And remember to be patient! :)
