Hi :hi:
So after having tried to help Erin's wind problem by changing to Comfort formula, which made her worse  I've now decided to change from TT CTN bottles. I'd already tried the TT anti colic ones, which she hated, so my dilema is this...Do I try the Dr Brown's ones, which have the similar internal vent as the TT ones, or try the MAM Ultivent ones.
Has anyone tried both, and if so which one did you go for?

Thanks!

Connor hated TT bottles so i tried mam and he loves them, for 6/7 months they were the only thing he would drink out of

We switched my LO from TT CTN to Dr Browns, and they have been amazing for her. I tried her on a MAM bottle that my friend loaned me (I was looking for ones that took a full 9oz), and she fed quite well from it once, but totally refused it thereafter. Not sure if it was the teat shape or what, but she absolutely hated it. I'm glad I didn't shell out pounds on buying them!

From what I've heard, the "vent" part of the Dr Brown's bottles is different from the TT ones, in that it's open all the time? (I could have completely misunderstood my friend ) Certainly my LO's top wind issues improved no end on the Dr Brown's. We used a product called Windy Pops to help with the bottom wind :)

Dr Browns bottles are the absolute best to help with wind. The vent means the air can move more freely than any other bottle. They are definitely the ones to try if you're having problems.

Re the comfort - how long have you been using it for? It may initially seem to make things worse, but it takes a week or two to settle down properly. Initially my DS had a lot more wind, it smelt really bad and his poo went green and smelt putrid. But after one week this and his symptoms had improved, and after 2 weeks the stinkiness had improved too. So, it might be worth giving it a bit longer if you can.
