Dr. gave me incorrect instructions

My dr. instructed me to use progesterone cream starting on CD14, and I don't ovulate until CD15, 17, 19, 19, 18. Now I'm really wondering if I've even been ovulating the past 5 months we've been trying, super upsetting. I have all of the classic O signs - ewcm, ovulation pain (even ov spotting - I think - this month), positive opk's, temp shift - but of course none of those things confirm ovulation. I've also noticed that my periods have been getting lighter recently.

Anyone who knows about anovulatory cycles, progesterone cream, just anyone at all who can take a look, I'd so appreciate your thoughts.

I'm also going to my gyn tomorrow but I don't think anything can definitively confirm that I've been ovulating
