hi all, i'm currently weaning my lo off the boob for when i go back to work. i now have her on 7oz in the evening and would like to add one at lunch time - however when she has her bottle in the evening she dribbles it everywhere. it soaks through her bib and clothes which means its bath time afterwards. i dont really want to be bathing her every time she has a feed so i just wondered if other mums had the same problem and if there are any tips to avoid/lessen the need for bathing/changing clothes.

i'm using tt closer to nature bottles which she gets on well with - apart from the dribbling!

what size teats is she on?

lana used to dribble a lot if i used a steri bottle coz the flow was too fast she couldnt keep it all in

My lo has always been a dribbler, we put a bib on her that has plastic backing and then tuck a muslin cloth around her neck. It catches pretty much everything. Its quite funny, as soon as the cloth goes round her neck she knows its food time!

hiya
i find Louiza dribbles her milk when i am offering it to her but she isn't really that hungry or starts to lose interest in the feed....perhaps your LO isn't all that hungry or just loses interest/feels full up. X
