So Pickle is BFed on demand but it does follow a pattern:

7.30-8am
9-9.30am
11am
12-12.30pm
3-4pm
6pm
8pm
9-10pm

All these are rough times but she seems to be dropping some of the feeds - generally fom the ones I've highlighted - do I need to worry??

Leo does the same feeds without the highlighted ones and is a good 13lbs!

I'm gonna get her weighed in the morning so we will see what she weighs.....:)

It sounds like you're both doing really well x

They know when they are hungry and as long as long as she is happy and putting on weight then there is no prob.

Well I've been to get her weighed this morning and she's 13lb 13oz. She's following the 91st percentile line exactly - she's stuck to it like glue!!

So I'll keep going with the flow for now. I was a bit concerned about dropping my nightly formula tops ups in favour of BM top ups but she's growing and sleeping fine still so if it aint broke I wont fix it! :smug:

My MIL thinks she's getting too big and I'm feeding her too much so it was really reassuring to see her line showing her to be very 'average' !! :D

She looks fine to me! Glad to hear she is doing well.

sounds ideal. If they can go 3 or 4 hours between emals then thats great. Great for food and great for avoiding colic or excessive wind. Just what my doc advised.
Also, as long as she's gaining weight it's great. And she looks perfectly healthy in your pic :-)

seth goes about 4 hours now. i don't know about you, but i feel as though i'm barely feeding him now, cause i'm used to doing it so much more frequently.

scuse the lack of grammar i'm feeding him now.

Oooohhhh that makes me cross, blooming mil!!!

My neighbour is obsessed and told me both my kids are 'fat' - what a horrible word!!! She said her granddaughter would be too scared to play with my dd as she is so chubby!!!! MY dd isn't even close to chubby - she is really slim, as she has been so sick lately, and the hv is actually concerned as she is underweight. I would RATHER she WAS chubby tbh!

My ds is a big chub - but imo thats fine for a baby! And he is on the 75th line for both weight and height so he is perfect.

Anyway, Hebe is just perfect, you are doing a brilliant job, whether the mil likes it or not lol!

My half sisters mum told me Caitlyn was too skinny at 5 months because my brother was 22lbs at 5 months

Well done lisa and hebe. big hugs to you both xx

That is ace news Lise!!!!! Rubes was 12lb 11oz 2 weeks ago and we're gettin her weighed again tomorrow so think Hebe's may have taken over! :) my mum says you get get fat breast fed babies so dont worry that shes gettin too big shes just perfect xx
