Dry eye

Does anyone suffer from dry eye? I've had it for about a year, and it's gotten pretty severe over the past few months to the point where I've had to pull over on the road with horrific burning several times lately. I'm using Refresh drops 6-8 times during the day and also using the overnight ointment.

My yearly exam is coming up in August so I'm hoping to see what my next options for treatment are. Has anyone used Restasis?
