My (almost) 1 year old has terrible dry skin on his cheeks. Is very red but doesn't feel too rough. We always get asked if he's teething because they look so warm and red. Could his sheets be causing it? Also what can I use to get rid of it? I've tried Burts Bees Moisturiser but it hasn't helped. Thanks!

We use coconut oil on our LO's cheeks. I use it a couple times a day when he's feeling a little chapped and it goes away completely after about a day and a half. :flower:

Thank you! I have loads in, will start using it today!

My baby gets that too and it's from breastmilk or spitup that dried on her skin. I try to wipe her with a damp cloth but it still happens sometimes. I use a cream called Hydrovit (because oil clogs the pores) and it helps.
