dvt after c section

ive had a painful leg since c section and have diagnosed with dvt and 18cm of inflamed vein. I have blood thinner injections everyday but i'm very scared as they appear to be playing havoc with lochia discharge and my csection scar is now oozing, apparently because blood thinners interfere with recovery. im still breast feeding but finding it hard because im so scared about blood thinner ending up in milk, can anyone help with advice ?

I'm on them as I'm at high risk due to having a Dvt 5 years ago,I was told I'm safe to use them when breast feeding

I had to use the thinners too - not due to dvt though. But I was told that they are perfectly safe when breast feeding. Any concerns you have though, speak to your doctor
