Eliana & Esme are both gorgeous names! I think Eliana goes well with the other children's names!

I don't think I see Elizabeth on anyone's lists - many nickname possibilities:

Eli, Liz, Lizzie, Eliza, Liza, Beth, Betty - and my favorite one - Libby

I've also seen it spelled: Elisabeth (Elisa is a gorgeous nickname!)

I love Emilia too but dd is Amelia! OH really loves Ella. I like it as a nn but I'm not too keen on any names that it could be used for. Maybe we could go for Eliana, nn Ella?

I think that works - also could have Eleanor to Ella?

My niece is an Ella and is always called Elle or Ells Bells!!
