Early cramps/gas

We are TTC and within days of tryin I have painful cramps similar to PMS cramps and gas. I also had some pain in my right ovary, could this be a sign of early pregnancy?

Also ive never experienced these gassy cramps before or the pain in my ovary

When you say within days of trying, do you mean days after ovulation, days after the beginning of your cycle, or something else? Cramps can mean all sorts of things. They can be ovulation pain, implantation pain, pms, etc. Pinpointing the cause relies heavily on the timing within your cycle. Can you give more details on that?
