My favourite boys name (has been a fave for a very long time is Casper!

What are your opinions on the name Casper?
Which spelling do you prefer? Casper/Caspar?
What type of boy and adult do you see with the name Casper?
Which middle name do you like with Casper? Jude, Zack, Other(Suggestions?)

It's hard to say because it's not something with strong associations like Tarquin or Kyle (not that having strong name associations means living up to them, but it's true some names have them). It's kind of like James in that it fits most jobs/behaviours/classes.
Which middle name do you like with Casper? I like Jude, not Zack though. Maybe a three or four syllable name like Alexander or Benjamin? I'd go for something classic cos it's a unique name.

I love Jasper too, it's very common now though. Also like Gaspard which is French for Casper but it's a difficult name for an English speaking kid.

Gaspard is nice, but I agree and I think would sound strange with my surname which is verrrry feminine sounding.

What type of boy and adult do you see with the name Casper? - The top two things I think of are Casper the ghost (loved that movie as a kid, so not a negative association!) and Caspar Lee on YouTube. I think it works really well for a boy (and man) of any personality / looks.

Which middle name do you like with Casper? Jude, Zack, Other(Suggestions?) - I think I'd prefer a middle name ending in a vowel, such as Lee, Levi, Jude, Harvey, Bowie, etc.
