Early scan today! Nervous!!

Hi all, long story short, I have Antiphospholipid antibody syndrome and suffered 5 losses. I'm currently around 5 weeks pregnant. I've had cramping on and off for the last week. This morning I woke with pink spotting. Called Epau and have an urgent scan at 1:45! I'm a nervous wreck! My frer lines haven't been super dark so I'm not very hopeful at all.
