easy sausage casserole?

Throw the following into a slow cooker/casserole dish/large frying pan:
- onion
- garlic
- sausages
- carrot
- peppers
- courgettes
- tinned tomatoes
- stock
- pinch of chilli flakes
- anything else you fancy.

Cook until everything is tender, thicken the sauce with cornflour if desired. Serve with dumplings!

i put sausage, onion, carrot and mushrooms in a slow cooker in veg stock let everything cook then thicken with gravy granules and serve with mash =)

Its easy peasy!! depends if you want to use a packet though! all I do is.........

Chop an onion
chop some mushrooms
add 8 sausages
add 2 colemans sausage casserole mix
bang in the oven for 1 hour

peel potatoes, boil them to make mash

voila...easy filling meal :D

If you want a REALLY quick one... use a cheat!
Swartz do a really nice sausage casserol packet mix

You just need:
Sausages
An onion
Mushrooms

Stick them all in a pan with the packet mix (which has been mixed with water) and bang in the oven for 45 mins.

Shove some chopped onions, carrots, swede and sausages in a slow cooker. Add some veg stock and gravy to it...and serve with some mashed potato.

Or carrots, sausages, potatoes, with a few tins of baked beans and chopped tomatoes in and another one?

Depends if you want it 'gravy' type or 'tomato' type.
