Easy way to back up threads/journals?

My whole pregnancy experience with Alex and Daisy on here and wondered if there was a quick and easy way of backing them up onto my computer please If someone knows it will be greatly appreciated

If you mean your journals and specific threads and you have plenty of inky in your printer you could print each page from the 'file' option in your browser. You can use the 'save page as' and select text file but all the page codes to links etc will also show and is pretty messy.
