Eating the placenta, what are you doing with yours?

Today I got a pamphlet from my mw about eating the placenta.
Interesting read, preparation, cooking etc

In my culture its acceptable however, I plan to bury my placenta at my family cemetery also very common in our culture. My sister decided the hospital dealt to her placenta, in hindsight she wishes she buried it.

Im just wondering what other mummies did/are doing with theirs?

I have no idea! I am considering encapsulation because it can help with ppd. Otherwise, I will probably have the hospital dispose of it.

I had it encapsulated last time around, and plan on doing it again this time. no way i could stomach cooking it or going for the smoothie.
