I won a coat on ebay that was described as being in excellent condition but it arrived and had loads of silvery marks and you can see the outline of an iron plate where they have obviously tried to iron it on too hot a setting. The listing said no returns but emailed her 2 days ago and haven't had a reply yet. If she refuses to let me return where do I stand as it is clearly not as described and completely unusable in my opinion x

Do you think I should give her a few more days to reply first? x

2 days seems a fair amount of time to me. Most people pick up emails faster then that

same as what has been said, open the case now :)

Doesnt matter if it says returns or not. It is ebay policy that sellers HAVE to accept returns. End of. It is not as described so its not just your personal choice. She can argue with you, but at the end of it, the distance selling regs mean she has to take it back.

Deffinatly open a case, you have her a message which she ignored so leave it to ebay now :)
