Please beware of an ebay cloth nappy seller called:

520kissbaby

I recently won two separate auctions, the first for £20.01 was for 7 nappies and 14 inserts. I received just ONE INSERT, no nappies at all. The second was for about £46, for 20 nappies and 40 inserts, lord knows what I will receive for this one :dohh:

Looking at their recent feedback (after I won the auctions) they're doing it to a lot of people so be careful :flower:

Sadly i'm in the same boat as you. Spent £70 with them and recieved an envelope with an insert. I was supposed to get 30 nqppies and 60 inserts. The feedback page is now inundated with people having the same issue! Have raised a case with Ebay but still waiting. Really gutted.
Doesn't look like the seller has any further items listed.

Please update if you have any response. x

Yep, that's exactly what I received. Across two separate auctions i bought 27 nappies and 54 inserts and on wednesday received one single insert and again today one single insert. Have raised one case with ebay, now have to raise another. Apparently paypal will refund, most likely, but it's hassle I don't need at the moment and now have to wait to get my money back before I can buy more nappies that I will be needing soon :growlmad:

Good luck, hope you get somewhere. I really liked some of the nappies too, typical.

just goes to show if it looks too good to be true it probably is! Will update when ebay gets back to me.

good luck with your dispute too!

Thanks for the info. Ive bought a lot of pocket nappies on ebay so will definitely be avioding that seller so thanks! ive found good_seller003 to be great and have ordered 11 of my pockets from them, might be worth a look, they are really good quality, do take a while to come though (2-4 weeks) as they are from china.

Mrs Bandegglet I received a response from ebay resolution centre.

I opened a case stating item not as described coz technically they sent me a parcel it's just that it was an insert so not what i had ordered!!

So basically ebay are now saying I can have a refund if I send the item back. They have provided a return address but it's all in chinese!!!

I responded saying can I just pay you for the insert and you can refund the rest of my money. No reply yet.

Shoulda just said item not received.... boo.....

Have you received a response yet?

I havent bought from this seller, But I did buy some shoes once from a seller from hong kong and they just sent me a load of crap.. I refused to send it back and contacted my local police station who gave me a crime reference number. I then contacted ebay with this number and was given a full refund with out having to send the item back. It was supposed to be a pair of converse shoes but they sent a cheapy plastic child's dress up ring like from a party bag. I was told as long as I had the crime number it was fine.

that's really good to know. It's so random why sellers would do that???
