Ectopic Pregnancy, can i post here?

hi everyone, dont know if this is the right place to post, i had an operation to remove my ectopic pregnancy and left tube 5weeks ago today, woke up this morning and got my first af since the op, it took us over 5years to get pregnant and ended not as any expecting parent wants! but now ive got my af we cant wait to try again just so scared it'll take years again or wont happen. has anyone had the same experience but ended with a perfect healthy baby?

Hi. I had an ectopic pregnancy in February 2012, but thankfully did not have to have my tube removed. Instead I was given two injections of methotrexate to eliminate the pregnancy. DH and I waited the recommended 3 cycles and immediately became pregnant.

I know that there are several threads floating around here from other people who have had ectopics as well. So although I personally did not have my tube removed I know that there are multiple success stories from women who did and went on to have perfectly normal pregnancies. So good luck!
