I'm about 4w2d and I seem to have developed eczema in the creases of my elbows and behind my knees. A bit on my upper arms too. It's not toooo itchy but occasionally it flares up.

I haven't changed anything which could have triggered it I don't think and my diet also hasn't changed (am eating way less than normal since I have zero appetite but when I do eat it's nothing different).

This is baby #3 and I didn't get anything like this in either previous pregnancy. I don't normally get eczema: it normally takes a lot to aggravate my skin!

Could it be pg related already? Or is it just serendipitous that it's happening the same time I'm knocked up?

Pregnancy can flare up or make eczema better. Use sweet almond oil, it's fantastic and can be used on babies and children too

my excema flared up or got real bad when preg. Its safe to use mosturisers like e45, diprobase, double base but youd have go doc for steriod as its low dose ie 1percent

Mine has flared up a lot with this pregnancy. I've tried multiple lotions, nothing helped, most made it worse.

Finally bought some Palmer's on wednesday. LOVE the stuff. It has helped so much for me. I use each night after my shower and again in the morning.

Argan oil is fabulous for treating/preventing eczema and totally natural - I get mine from a company called nuts organic - although I suffer with psoriasis a lot and it helps with that too - an added bonus is that is claims to help with stretch marks too!

Day I tested I had a horrid rash all over my face and down my arm. Turns out it was an allergic reaction, doc thought because your immune system is a bit compromised these things flare up!
