Egg donation and Surrogacy

Okay my first question is my friend heaven is missing a piece of her heart she is missing her left ventrical so she is unable to carry a child it would put to much weight on her cheat so I told her if she comes to the conclution she wants to have a child I would carry it for her but I came to ask what is the typical procidure and how much (estimate) would it cost?
Now also how does egg donation and surrogacy work, do I personally find and family or is there agencies I can do to and are there any requirments?

Hi

I'm assuming you're in US? I'm not sure how it works there but I know in UK you have to find your own surrogate and then a clinic to treat you. It might be worth finding a clinic near you and asking their advice cos I think the details and costs will vary a lot from place to place.

I'm sorry I can't be more help, I'm sure there are other ladies on here who will know more. I think you are a very selfless person for offering to do this for your friend and I wish you luck.
