Before we had our twins I had a stillborn followed by two miscarriages. The recurrent MC specialist thought it may be an egg quality issue and suggested Letrozole even though I already ovulated and never took more than three cycles to conceive. I asked him about the risk of multiples and was told not to worry about it because it was SO small. I ended up with twins. I opted not to take it this time because I had to have a CS with the boys and they're only 6 months old. I'm now almost 5 weeks and worried about egg quality. Hcg has been rising fine but we don't have our first US for a few weeks. Anyone else been told egg quality could be an issue fairly young? (I was only 34 when he put me on Letrozole.)
