Egg white CM cycle day 28 of 30

Hello ladies !
I'm trying to remember but I think I usually get creamy discharge before my period ... Today is like ovulation discharge .
Do you think this is PMS symptom?
I have tested and gotten BFNs
I believe I am 12 DPO going by when I felt strong ovulation pain on my left side cycle day 16
