Elder son threw apple to little ones head

my baby girl is 40 days old and some time back my elder son threw a big apple towards little ones head.

no visible injury on head. but she is crying when we are touching the area where apple got hit.
we are scared is there any symptoms we should look for or need to visit hospital immediately...

Look up things to keep an eye out for in a head injury. In these cases unless any of these appear all a medical care provider will do is shine a light and check obs. Unless you have any of the symptoms dont worry.

the spot will hurt because its a bruise same as anywhere (and would be the same anywhere it landed). A toddler could not throw anything which much force.
