It's my first baby and have bought all the basic necessities. I am planning to BF exclusively without formula. I've purchased a milk bottle warmer but have recently heard that with Expressed Breast Milk stored in the freezer/fridge, that it's better to warm it up using hot water? Also been told the bottle warmer is too hot for warming up breastmilk as it destroys the qualities within. Is this true?

you shouldnt heat breast milk in the microwave as it is meant to damage the milk but I believe with bottle warmers you add water and heat them that way so its the same as heating in a jug of hot water

Thanks, KE29. Mine's a dry warmer sao does that mean I can't use that to warm up breast milk? Am concerned about destroying the properties of the milk.
