Hi there, some of you will remember my preemie Ella being born last June with significant surgical problems which directly resulted in feeding issues and as Ella had to be nil by mouth for 6months she was wholly fed via a gastrostomy tube (a feeding tube surgically inserted into her stomach) well she's done SO well with oral feeding that last week they removed the tube. Its the first time in over a yr that she's not had anything to aid feeding AND she's walking now too. I'm so so proud of all that she's accomplished after spending over 7months in hospital and 11 operations and she's come through it all smiling. She's my hero xx
