Elysia?

What do you think? It is Greek and means "sweet and blissful." I wanted something on the shorter side. And I love 'E' names and names that end in 'a.' I just think they are so pretty. OH wants it to be Alysia, which I'm not keen on...

So it will either be Elysia Rose or Elysia Jade.

Elysia Rose has a better sound to it, I think. And of course, OH likes Elysia Jade better... Or in his case, Alysia Jade.

I think it's so lovely! I'm a huge fan of E names too. I definitely prefer your version to your OH's. Elysia Rose seems to flow better and sounds more feminine than Alysia Jade.

I was just watching a show on TV and the girl's names was Elyssa... that's pretty too!

I like the E spelling better, but both middle names go nicely, so why not compromise and go for Elysia Jade?

So I think he is going to let me have Elysia, which means it is only natural I let him have Jade. I still don't think it rolls off as nicely as Elysia Rose, but I'll drop it. Compromise is so fun.
