So TMI question here...
Has anyone seen thin layers of "skin" in their CM before AF? The last couple of days when I test my CM, I noticed thicker whiter pieces...and when I ran them between my fingers, I realized that they're actually thin layers of skin up to a half inch long and a 1/4 inch wide, super, super thin. I've never noticed this before and I thought the only time any sloughing happened, it was during AF?? but there's absolutely no blood present, there's no yeast infection (had those before, totally different white bits lol), I've only had one unprotected partner who I've been with for 3 years so I'm not worried about STIs. Anyone?? Is it normal just like exfoliation on your body after a shower?
And I should add, I get tested regularly for cervical cancer and have never had strange cells.
