Hey ladies!

So...I am now just convinced that I broke all of my hormones. They're broken. Gone. Done. They "bye Felicia'd" me.

This month, I decided to try Evening Primrose Oil to help with my PMS -- not even to really help with fertility beyond the fertile CM bonus!

I have severe PMS in the form of untouchable-breasts. They become swollen and painful and they suck. Except to my husband, he believes they're magical. But he also gets smacked when he tries to touch them at this time.

So, I started EPO at the recommended dose, and only took it for the first half of my cycle (instructed to stop after presumed ovulation due to possibly creating uterine contractions).

I FRIGGIN LOVED IT. My cycle was COMFORTABLE and those 2 weeks found me in a great mood with endless energy, and during my fertile week I had the most beautiful, previously sought-after, fertile CM. It was thing to marvel.

And then all hell broke lose. I started BLEEDING (not spotting) and needed to insert my Diva Cup to catch the clots (sorry if it's TMI, but c'mon...look at the site you're on). That lasted for 2 days.

Since then, I've just had spotting. Every day. With every wipe. It's there, mixed into my CM.

I had two dry days with minimal spotting, and now it's back, at 8DPO, mixed with EWCM.

Basically, this rant is searching for comments that show that this has happened to someone else (no one likes to be alone) and to determine if it was the EPO's fault.

I really am just trying to justify taking it again next month because I loved it so much. I'm trying to illogically rationalize that this was a fluke and the EPO loves me and wouldn't cause all of this ruined underwear.

Known fertility issues:
Slightly elevated Prolactin (only 27.3)
Small fibroid next to the ovary that ovulated this month

Any insight is SO very much appreciated! THANK YOU!!! <3

Hey, I've been taking EPO for months now and it has never caused any spotting for me, so I don't think that is what's going on! I did want to suggest acupuncture for your PMS though! I also had severe PMS (largely mood related) and within 2 cycles I noticed significant improvement in my PMS to the point where I rarely even feel irritable anymore in my TWW (whereas previously I would rage and then break down into tears, and then rage again, and then cry again LOL).
