Evening Primrose

Hey everyone

AF got me today and i'm going to start taking Evening Primrose. I'm told not to take it after ovulation. But i'm not temping as yet so what day do you think I should stop just to be safe?

I've not had much in the way of EWCM so this is what i'm hoping it will help with.

I have a pretty regular 29 day cycle so was thinking just taking it up to CD 12/13 just to be on the safe side. Any thoughts?

That is probably a safe bet. Have you thought about using OPK? Dh and I used them this cycle, I got a +, so I stopped taking the EPO that day. It's just a thought. Good luck
