Ever had some symptoms almost go away and get mostly replaced with new ones?

My boobies were not really too sore to begin with, mostly just tender nipples. They seem to have eased the last two days and given way to bloating and muscles down below that are feeling "poked" at odd times. That plus a little dizziness and I gagged while climbing stairs this morning. I guess these are all normal for 6w in. First pregnancy so still learning what to expect, even though I've been reading forums like a madwoman.
